Recipe Ingredients for Porcupine Balls

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 c minute rice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 T minced onion
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Porcupine Balls

Shape meat balls combining the first five ingredients. Heat soup and water in kettle. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir to prevents sticking.
