Recipe Ingredients for Poppyseed Chicken

48 oz Chicken
10 1/2 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
21 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
8 oz fat free sour cream
4 oz Crackers Reduced Fat
4 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp poppy seeds

Recipe Directions for Poppyseed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Boil chicken and shred.

  3. Mix soup and sour cream.

  4. Mix shredded chicken and soup mixture together.

  5. Spread in 13x9 baking dish.

  6. Crush cracker and mix in melted margarine until moistened.

  7. Top chicken with crackers.

  8. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Poppy seeds over dish.

  9. Bake for 30 min or until crackers are browned.
