Recipe Ingredients for Poppy Seed Citrus Salad

28 oz Mandarin Orange Segments In Juice
3 T lemon juice
2 cups Water
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 head Red Leaf Or Romaine Lettuce
9 ounces Baby Spinach Leaves
1 cup Craisins

Recipe Directions for Poppy Seed Citrus Salad

  1. Drain juice from oranges and reserve for dressing.

  2. Mix Lemon juice and water and soak apple slices to prevent browning.

  3. Drain apple slices and mix all ingredients.

  4. Serve with chilled dressing.
