Popped corn with salt substitute-a recipe in progress

Recipe Ingredients for Popped Corn

5 T popcorn kernels
3 T oil
1 T butter
1/2 t Sodium-Free Salt

Recipe Directions for Popped Corn

  1. Put oil in pan put corn in pan

  2. Heat pan on medium to high with lid in place

  3. While waiting for corn to pop, melt butter in ramikin in microwave

  4. Add butter to pan pre popping for ease in disperse rmr but not too early as the butter will burn

  5. As corn pops shift pan back and forth to get kernels to bottom to pop

  6. Once done remove from heat and add salt substitute

  7. Serving is roughly 2c.
