Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Popovers

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease well, muffin pan. In bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy, beat in milk and butter until blended. Gradually beat in flour and salt.

  2. Fill muffin cups half full. Bake 50 minutes, then quickly cut a small hole in the top of each to let out steam. Bake 10 minutes longer, remove from cups immediately!!
