A light mix between an english muffin and a muffin.

Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup of skim milk
2 eggs
1 cup of flour

Recipe Directions for Popovers

Preheat the oven to 375. Then spray the muffin pan with non stick spray. Mix the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Then add flour and salt. Pour into muffin cups until they are about 1/2 full. Cook for about 27 minutes and enjoy! Put some low sugar jelly on top and you've got a nice treat.
