Good dinner bread to serve with creamed chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

2 eggs
1 cup milk, 1%
1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Popovers

  1. Preheat oven to 450*

  2. Put all ingredients in blender and process briefly on low speed. Scrape jar and process again just until smooth.

  3. Pour into greased popover pan.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at this high heat. Then turn oven down to 350* and bake for 10 minutes more.
