Makes 8 servings



Fluffy and buttery treats that can be made with your kids, and are quick & easy. *Add sausage & egg for a breakfast treat or peanut butter & chocolate.

Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

1 cup white flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 medium eggs
1 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp butter, softened

Recipe Directions for Popovers

  1. Sift flour and salt together. Form a well and break eggs into it. Add milk and butter and mix until smooth. Spray muffin tins with oil and pour mixture in, filling to the top.

  2. Bake at 350 for 20 mins, then 450 for 10 mins. Turn off temperature and leave in hot oven for another 10 minutes.

  3. *If using filling, combine additional ingredients and pour into middles of popovers before raising temp to 450.
