These popovers are great with honey!

Recipe Ingredients for popovers

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup milk (low fat)
2 eggs
1 tspn canola oil
1/4 tspn salt

Recipe Directions for popovers

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degees.

  2. Spray muffin pans with pam.

  3. In a mediun bowl, add all ingredients and beat until fairly smooth. Scoop a 1/4 cup in each spot.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned. Poke with fork and pop out of pan. Serve immediately.
