Light popover batter with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites

Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

2 eggs
1 cup Gold Medal All-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Popovers

  1. Heat oven to 450F. Spray 6-cup popover pan or six 6-ounce custard cups with cooking spray.

  2. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds, stopping blender to scrape sides if necessary, just until smooth. Fill cups about 1/2 full.

  3. Bake 20 minutes.

  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350F. Bake about 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cups. Serve hot.
