substituted egg whites for two eggs and almond milk for whole milk. Also used high gluten flour

Recipe Ingredients for Popovers

1.25 serving Organic Unbleached High Gluten Flour
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 oz Fat Free Half and Half
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
4 oz 100% Liquid Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Popovers

  1. mix wet ingredients and add to flour. Beat until very smooth. Use regular muffin tins and fill sprayed pan cups about 2/3 full.

  2. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes and turn down to 350 for 10-15 minutes
