Adapted from Food Network Paula Dean's popover recipe. Homemade popover for one - for when you want that indulgence without the waste/temptation of a whole batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Popover for One

1/3 egg
1/6 cup milk
1/6 cup all purpose flour
0.08 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Popover for One

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

  2. Grease muffin tin or custard cup

  3. Break egg into bowl and beat well, add milk, flour, salt and beat until just blended

  4. Fill muffin tin or custard cup to full

  5. Place on center rack of oven and back for 30 min without opening the oven

  6. Serve hot with butter, jam, syrup or honey.
