A little "pricey" on calories, but good!

Recipe Ingredients for POPEYE BISCUITS

1 pam spray
4 cups low-fat baking mix
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up (diet)

Recipe Directions for POPEYE BISCUITS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray pan with pam spray.(Generously)

  3. Combine and mix throughly: 4 cups Bisquick baking mix (low-fat), 1 cup fat-free sour cream (sm. carton), 1/2 cup Sprite or 7-Up.

  4. Pat out and cut into 18 to 22 biscuits.

  5. Place in pan and bake.

  6. Serve HOT!!! ummmmm....good!
