Recipe Ingredients for Pop Up Pizza Casserole

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
1 Minced Onions
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Oregano
1 dash of Salt
1/2 c. Water
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
15 ounce Can Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 oz. spaghetti Sauce
8 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Oil
2 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pop Up Pizza Casserole

Preheat oven to 400. In ;arge skillet, brown ground beef, minced onions and drain. Stir in pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, water, tabasco, tomato sauce and sauce mix. Simmer 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine milk, oil, eggs, and beat one minute on medium speed. Add salt to flour, and then add to mix. Beat two minutes until smooth. Pour beef mixture into casserole dish, top with cheese slices. Pour batter over cheese, covering completely, sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 or until golden brown.
