These are killer, especially with a bit of butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Pop Overs

1 large egg
1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 T butter

Recipe Directions for Pop Overs

  1. Use butter to line muffin cups.

  2. Combine all other ingredients until mixed. There should be lumps.

  3. Pour mixture into prepared muffin tin. Fill the cups about half full.

  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown and puffed up, about 30 minutes.
