1 serving Ground Turkey

Recipe Directions for Poor Person's Casserole

Chop onion and fry with ground turkey and bacon in olive oil with the garlic and a little pepper (or red pepper flakes). Add broth and spinach. When cooked down for 5 minutes, add the mushrooms and halved tomatoes. Toss cooked pasta into the mixture and add a TBSP of lemon juice and salt to taste while tossing.
