Recipe Ingredients for Poor Man's Soup

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 cup carrots
2 cup corn
2 cup green beans
2 cups cabbage
2 cups zucchini
12 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 medium potatoes
4 cups tomato juice

Recipe Directions for Poor Man's Soup

Brown ground beef and drain. Dice up all vegetables. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender.
