Easy Chicken Stir Fry thingy (not real stir fry). Use a mixture of vegetables instead of pound of broccoli (used for convenience).

Recipe Ingredients for Poor Man's Chicken Stir Fry

1 lb chicken
1 lb broccoli
1/2 clove garlic
2 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Poor Man's Chicken Stir Fry

  1. heat oil in the pan

  2. cut chicken into strips

  3. fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes

  4. fry the chicken until browned

  5. add the vegetables and simmer until done.
