Recipe Ingredients for Ponzu Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

dashi:
0.08 cups dried shitake mushroom
0.35 cups water

Recipe Directions for Ponzu Sauce

  1. Prepare dashi stock. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, and dashi in a bowl.

  2. *Makes 1 cup.
