Pomelo instead of grapefruit but CC doesn't have pomelo as an option

Recipe Ingredients for Pomelo Chicken Thai Salad

4 cups grapefruit
1/2 T fish sauce
1/2 T soy sauce
1 T lime juice
1 t sugar
1 t chili paste
1 1/2 cups shredded chicken (2 med. breast)
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 T canola oil
1/3 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 T peanuts (roasted and crushed)

Recipe Directions for Pomelo Chicken Thai Salad

  1. Shred the Pomelo

  2. Add the shredded chicken, coriander, shallots and peanuts

  3. In a separate bowl combine fish sauce, soy sauce, chili jam, lime

  4. juice, sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.

  5. Fry sliced onions in the oil

  6. Pour sauce over salad and stir

  7. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour, toss, and serve with crushed peanuts and

  8. coriander for garnish
