An easy to create deliicious chicken dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Pomegranate Dill Chicken

10 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
100 grams X-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup arils (seed/juice sacs) Pomegranates

Recipe Directions for Pomegranate Dill Chicken

  1. Clean chicken breast.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  3. In a glass pan, add 1tsp of olive oil to coat (for cooking).

  4. Add chicken breast to pan, and cover in 1tablespoon of olive oil.

  5. Take fresh sprigs of dill (at least 10) and take dill of stems. Spread all over the chicken.

  6. Throw on a few pomegranate seeds.

  7. Cook for 30minutes at least (or until you can put a fork in it and it runs clear).

  8. In last 5 minutes of cooking, toss on all the pomegranate seesd.

  9. Voila.
