This is a sweet & sour sauce. Great over meatballs, or can be used in any stir fry recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Polynesian Sauce

8 1/2 oz. Pineapple Crushed
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup Beef Broth

Recipe Directions for Polynesian Sauce

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch

  2. Add pineapple juice (drained from can), beef broth, vinegar and soy sauce.

  3. Bring to a boil and stir until thick and clear.

  4. Stir in pineapple and green peppers.

  5. Simmer until peppers are softened.

  6. Pour over meat balls.

  7. 1 serving = 5 meatballs
