Recipe Ingredients for Polynesian Chicken

8 oz Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
2 oz Local Honey
0.25 cup Vinegar red wine
16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Polynesian Chicken

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine juice, honey and vinegar. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with pineapple, peppers and onion. Pour juice mixture over. Bake at 350 until chicken is done, about 45 minutes.
