Recipe Ingredients for Pollo a la Plancha

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 t lime juice (or lemon)
1/2 t cumin
1 T flour, for dredging
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (1 T dried)

Recipe Directions for Pollo a la Plancha

Pound chicken flat. Dry. Sprinkle with lime, salt, pepper & cumin. Dredge with flour. Saute onions and season with salt & pepper. Add garlic during last minute. Remove onions and saute chicken in remaining oil. Serve with onions, a little lime juice, and cilantro.
