Recipe Ingredients for Pollo Genovese

1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
6 garlic cloves, minced
12 ounce black olives, drained
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
26 ounce stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons capers
3 tablespoons dried basil
12 ounces white beans
1 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Pollo Genovese

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.

  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Cover with an airtight top until ready to use.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
