Recipe Ingredients for Pollo Frijoles

4 fillet Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
3.5 cup Black Beans
3 serving Salsa
0.3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Pollo Frijoles

Slice up the chicken breast into mouth sized peices and drain and rinse the black beans. Then throw the chicken, beans and salsa in a non-stick skillet on medium and simmer until the chicken is cooked (about 10-15 minutes). If it is too soupy, you can use some flour to thicken it.
