Marinate in thisZesty marinade from 30mins to as long as you want! Serve with low carb whole wheat Tortillas, salsa and non fat sour cream!

Recipe Ingredients for Pollo Fajitas

1 lb chicken breast, diced
130 g green pepper
60 g onion
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tbs hot sauce
4 g chilli powder
80 g mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pollo Fajitas

  1. In bowl Combine worcestershire sauce, vinegar, say sauce, chilli powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce.

  2. place strips of chicken in sai=uce turn to caot and marinate in fridge.

  3. Heat oil in skillet over high heat add chicken saute for 5 mins

  4. add onion and green peppers

  5. saute for 5 mins

  6. remove from heat and serve!
