Recipe Ingredients for Pollo Con Arroz

1.25 cup White Basmati Rice
7 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
3.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
1.25 tbsp Vegetable Oil
110 grams Tomato Sauce
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Pollo Con Arroz

  1. Brown chicken thighs in oil in large pot. Remove thighs from pot and set aside.

  2. Add rice and brown in oil. Add onions, bell pepper, spices, tomato sauce and stir.

  3. Add in the chicken broth and add the thighs back in and cook rice.
