basic polenta- serve creamy or slice and fry

Recipe Ingredients for polenta

4 oz Yellow Corn Meal
1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 tbsp Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for polenta

bring broth and water to boil. Slowly add corn meal and wisk. boil slowly for about 15 minutes. Season and serve right away or pour into sprayed loaf pan, to cut and fry.
