Recipe Ingredients for polenta

0.5 cup dry Corn Grits-Polenta
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 clove Garlic
3 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for polenta

  1. melt the butter in a pan

  2. mince the garlic, fry in the butter until it's just golden

  3. boil the water

  4. slowly pour in the cornmeal, whisking as you go

  5. remove the cornmeal from the heat and dump in the garlic butter, sprinkle with paprika, cayenne, ground pepper. fold in parmesan cheese, serve hot.
