Recipe Ingredients for Polenta

1/2 cup polenta
1 1/2 tbsp sour cream
1/6 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Polenta

  1. Bring 1.5 cups of salted water to a boil.

  2. Gradually whisk in polenta.

  3. When polenta thickens, stir in sour cream and parmesan.

  4. Pour into prepared pan, cool in the fridge, cut into pieces, lighting sear, and serve with whatever toppings you like.
