Recipe Ingredients for Polenta

8 servings corn-grits polenta
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Polenta

  1. Combine water, cornmeal, salt and butter in 1 quart baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour, stir in cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
