Recipe Ingredients for Polenta Lasagna

2 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup raw Mushrooms
5.22 oz Onions
4 serving Spaghetti Sauce, Meatless, Canned
1 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Polenta Lasagna

Use sliced Polenta in place of pasta to layer between layers of spaghetti sauce, cheese, ground beef, etc. Top with more spaghetti sauce and cheese and bake for a great Lasagna . Substitute 1/4 ince slices of polenta for lasagna noodles.
