Recipe Ingredients for Poblano and shrimp bisque

8 shrimp
1 c fat free half and half
3 c chicken broth
3 tbs corn starch
2 poblano peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs olive oil
2 ears corn
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Poblano and shrimp bisque

  1. Puree garlic and peppers in food processor

  2. Heat olive oil in soup pot

  3. Saute garlic and peppers until soft

  4. Add chicken broth, corn, spices and shrimp and bring to a boil

  5. Mix corn starch with half and half

  6. Whisk mixture into soup over medium heat, cook until think (just a few minutes)
