3/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 c fresh corn kernels, dry roasted
3 eggs
2 garlic cloves, dry roasted
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T sugar
1 black pepper
5 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. red bell pepper

  1. This can be cooked like a quiche.

  2. use a cornmeal crust. pour in batter. Bake at 375.
