Recipe Ingredients for Poblano Primavera

8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
1 cup thinly sliced white onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
15 oz Classico Roasted Poblano Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 cups diced plum tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Poblano Primavera

  1. Cook penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Melt butter in large skillet; add zucchini, pepper, onion and garlic and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in pasta sauce and bring to a simmer.

  4. Add penne and tomatoes, gently toss and continue cooking until heated through. Serve family-style in a large bowl.
