0.25 serving Cheese Shredded Jack and Cheddar
0.25 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Poblano Pepper stuffed No Meat

  1. Char peppers to remove skin

  2. slice 1/3 way down

  3. Clean out seeds and peel skin

  4. Stuff w/ 4 table spoons of corn and cheese mixture

  5. Sprinkle flour and then dip into egg white, stiffly beaten

  6. Fry until golden brown
