Recipe Ingredients for Poached Tillapia

396 grams Kroger Natural whole grain boil in bag brown rice
24 oz Kroger Farm Raised Tilapia Fillets
12 fl oz Milk
12 oz Peas and Carrots
36 oz Water
2 serving Kroger Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavor

Recipe Directions for Poached Tillapia

Combine Water, bouillon, evaporated milk, garlic, onion powder, pepper and Chespeak Bay Seasoning in electric skillet. Add fish Fillets. Cook on 250 degrees till fish is flaky, remove fish add rice, peas, and carrots, follow instructions on box for cooking rice. Once tender add the fish back to the pan and heat throughly
