Recipe Ingredients for Poached tilapia and root vegetables

18 oz yams
2 cups vegetable broth
10 oz fennel bulb
9 ounces carrots
24 ounce Hake Loins
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Recipe Directions for Poached tilapia and root vegetables

poach vegies in broth for 10 minutes. Add seasoned fish and poach on top of veggies another 7-10 minutes. Serve w/wedge of lemon.
