Recipe Ingredients for poached tilapia & endive

4 oz tilapia fillet
1/2 oz white wine
1 pinch salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/2 c endive

Recipe Directions for poached tilapia & endive

  1. spray pan with Pam

  2. add wine, heat to simmer

  3. add greens, fish on top and seasonings on top of that

  4. cover with tight lid

  5. turn off heat and let stand for about 3-4 mins.
