1 serving Generic 100% Whole Wheat Honey bread
1 large Egg, Whole
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.15 serving Dannon Oikos nonfat Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Poached Egg Sandwich

Poach one egg. While poaching, toast 2 slice of bread. When toasted, place shredded mozzarella on one slice and Greek yogurt on the other. Place poached egg on mozzarella side to melt cheese and other slice on top.
