Recipe Ingredients for Poached Egg Sandwich

2 large Egg, Whole
5 cup Spinach
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 oz American Cheese
1 sl 100% Whole Wheat

Recipe Directions for Poached Egg Sandwich

  1. Poach 2 eggs (crack eggs into boiling water, cook for about 3 minutes until done)

  2. Toast bread

  3. Place slice of cheese on bread

  4. Add 3-4 slices of tomato

  5. Add 2-3 cups of baby spinach

  6. Add poached eggs on top
