1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seed
1 tbls salsa

Recipe Directions for Poached egg breakfast

  1. Put heat ready dish in small pan with water and lid

  2. Add oil

  3. Put on lid and bring water to boil

  4. Add egg and replace lid

  5. Eat when egg is cooked to personal specifications with sesame salt and salsa

  6. Careful the container is hot!

  7. Yummy!!!
