Recipe Ingredients for Poached Chicken Pasta Primavera

1 oz Sauteed Onions
0.25 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2/3 cup Pasta Linguine
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.1 cup Nuts Pine
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Poached Chicken Pasta Primavera

  1. Cook Pasta to box instructions.

  2. Boil chicken with a slice of onions and a lemon wedge for approx 8 minutes or until cooked through

  3. Sautee onions and tomatoes with olive oil, add chicken (diced) when done, spinach and pine nuts.

  4. Add pasta and coat with olive oil, add spices, and squeeze lemon juice.

  5. Top with parmsan cheese (optional)
