Poached apples without added sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Poached Apples

1 quart water
1 quart apple cider
4 green apples
1 tbsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 oz ginger

Recipe Directions for Poached Apples

Mix together water and juice and make in pot and heat to 180-200. Add spices, herbs, vanilla bean, to taste. Add fruit for 15-20 min, remove from heat.
