Recipe Ingredients for Pluot & Seared Tuna Salad

1/2 package mesclun blend , rinsed and dried
1 apricot
8 oz tuna
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Pluot & Seared Tuna Salad

  1. Sear tuna over high heat and let cool 5 minutes before cutting into manageable chunks.

  2. Separately, combine soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar and mix.

  3. Combine tuna, mesclun greens, and diced apricot and top with soy dressing!
