4 oz fresh orange juice
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

Recipe Directions for Plums with Orange and Mint

  1. Halve the plums and remove the stones. Cut them into thin slices and place in a bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

  3. Cover and chill in the fridge, stirring occasionally, for at least 2 hours.
