Recipe Ingredients for Plum tomato and fresh mozzarella salad

4 leaves lettuce
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
2 ounces fresh mozzerella
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 leaves fresh basil
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Plum tomato and fresh mozzarella salad

Wash and dry lettuce. Place on salad plate. Place tomato slices on top of lettuce. Follow with slices of mozarella. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese, and garnish with chopped fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
