A delicious summer treat. Enjoy it while you're working on your tan and don't worry about it ruining your bikini body (only 148 per serving)!

Recipe Ingredients for Plum Sorbet

1/2 quart plums
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Plum Sorbet

  1. Separate the skin and flesh, then remove the pits. The flesh should be placed in a separate bowl. (This can be very messy and time consuming work so be patient!)

  2. Stir in the sugar, salt and lemon juice.

  3. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze as directed.

  4. Enjoy! :D
