Recipe Ingredients for Plum pie filling

1278 g prune plums
30 g ground almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Plum pie filling

  1. Thaw one Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheet for 40 minutes per package directions.

  2. Slice all plums in half and remove pits. (Weight is without pits.)

  3. Sprinkle flour on board and rolling pin. Roll out dough slightly larger than a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Place dough in dish, folding up sides.

  4. Sprinkle ground almonds in bottom of crust.

  5. Arrange plums in crust.

  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
